Many people miss the email because they are looking for SharePro or their facility- instead, search fot TRIMSnet. If you misplace your download code you can request it again through the system and a new one will be sent. Make sure to use the NEW code. If you are still having trouble, send us an email with the information listed above and we can resend your download code.
