Priority Processing: Delivered within 24-48 hours

Option 2: Standard Service
Routine Processing: Delivery times are detailed below
MEDICAL RECORDS
- Estimated Processing Time: 7-10 business days, though times may vary
- All records from the last two years
- Includes imaging reports, NOT radiology images
- Secure online access with notification via text or email when ready
IMAGING CD (By Mail Only)
- Estimated Processing Time: 10-15 business days for CD preparation plus US Postal Service delivery time
- All available imaging is included
- Your CD will be prepared and mailed to you
- Imaging CDs can only be mailed to your home address
- No pick-up option available
Physical Therapy records are NOT included as part of your Medical Records request. To request Physical Therapy medical records, patients should call Legent Orthopedic Hospital's main number at (972) 810-0700 and select option #4.
