• Develop and manage relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and health information management (HIM) teams.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Educate potential clients on the benefits of SharePro’s ROI services, including industry-leading revenue sharing and reduced administrative burdens.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and healthcare compliance regulations.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, HIM, or ROI services.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives, administrators, and HIM professionals.
• Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel within your territory as needed.
